6 Days Marangu Route Kilimanjaro Climbing

6-Day Marangu Route Kilimanjaro Climbing Overview

The 6-day Marangu Route is the most comfortable and direct way to conquer Mount Kilimanjaro. Known as the “Coca-Cola Route,” this trail offers mountain hut accommodations, making it a popular choice for climbers seeking a less rugged experience. The route ascends through lush rainforests, moorlands, and alpine deserts before reaching Uhuru Peak (5,895m)—the highest point in Africa. Despite being considered one of the easier routes, proper acclimatization is crucial for a successful summit.
